Platform terms for SourceUSA users, manufacturers and buyers.
SourceUSA provides manufacturer discovery, product marketplace, RFQ, communications and related business workflow tools. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit and for evaluating counterparties before entering commercial commitments.
Buyer membership is free unless a separate paid service is expressly offered and accepted.
Manufacturer plans may include subscription charges, transaction commissions, advertising charges, verification charges and third-party payment-processing costs as displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment processing is performed by independent payment processors. SourceUSA is not an escrow agency and does not promise that funds are held in escrow. Financing, where offered, is provided by independent financing partners.
SourceUSA may store platform messages and uploaded business files to provide the service, maintain records, enforce security and investigate abuse. Users must not upload malware, unlawful content or material they do not have permission to share.
Video conferencing is provided as a communications feature. Participants are responsible for applicable consent requirements before recording any meeting.
A verification badge identifies the scope of information reviewed by SourceUSA. It is not a warranty, guarantee, credit assessment or endorsement of future performance.
Attempts to compromise the platform, scrape protected areas, bypass access controls, impersonate another business, distribute malware or use the service unlawfully are prohibited.
SourceUSA may update these terms and will publish the then-current version on this page. Production launch should include final legal review of these terms, privacy policy, acceptable-use policy and manufacturer/buyer agreements.
